A. Yes. In fact, the PhamilyCare™, and PhamilyCare™ Plus memberships allow you to add up to an additional five family members and guests at no additional cost. Your eligible family members and guests will have access to all of the same benefits you have as the primary member.

FAQs: Prescription Saving Program – Free Prescription Credits



A. Depending upon the plan you subscribe to, you are eligible for free Rx Credits during your Monthly or Quarterly membership period. An Rx Credit can be applied to any on the medications you have been prescribed that are on our Member Rx Featured Drug List. We have over 300 drugs on our list.

When your physician or care provider prescribes a medication that is electronically submitted to a retail pharmacy participating in our network, the pharmacy will electronically submit your prescription order to PopupCare. If your medication is covered under our Member Rx Featured Drug List, your prescription will be approved immediately for processing and without any cost.

A. With your PopupCare Membership you have Free Unlimited access to a doctor from your home, office, or on the go 24/7/365 from the convenience of your mobile phone. Our board-certified, licensed doctors can consult with you to help treat any non-emergency medical condition. Our doctors can diagnose your symptoms, prescribe medications, and send prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy.

With a membership plan, members also have unlimited access to our Live Chat Pharmacy Experience Advisors our professional Pharmacists who are there to support your Pharmacy Experience Journey. Whether you are preparing for a consultation with your care provider or standing at the Retail Pharmacy Counter and prefer not to discuss personal details about your healthcare experience, our Live Chat Pharmacy Experience Advisors are only a Tap Away.

A. PopupCare is designed to handle only non-emergency medical issues. You should not use PopupCare if you are experiencing a medical emergency.

In case of a medical life-threatening emergency, you should dial 911 immediately.

While PopupCare is not intended to replace your primary care doctor for common or chronic conditions, a virtual doctor’s appointment can sometimes substitute a doctor’s office, urgent care, or an emergency room visit.

A. Yes. Depending upon the membership plan you select, members are eligible for Free Unlimited virtual consults with our board-certified dermatologists. Most membership plans also include live on-line therapy/counseling sessions with licensed mental health care professionals.

Our members also have unlimited access to our team of professional Pharmacists who are there to support you and your physician’s treatment plan, including any medications prescribed to you.

A. opupCare is available anywhere in the United States. You will have access to our network of board-certified providers based on the state you are located. When scheduling a visit, you will only be scheduled with a care provider who is fully licensed to provide care in your state.

A. Yes, PopupCare is safe, secure, and private. We operate in compliance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and will only share your information upon consent, with your selected provider and pharmacy.

PopupCare will not sell or rent your personal information to any organization, individual or third party.
