A. Yes. In fact, the PhamilyCare Plus 365™ and PhamilyCare Group 365™ memberships allow you to add additional members at no additional cost.

The Plus 365 membership allows you to add up to five additional family members or guests while the Group 365 program lets you add up to three additional family members and guests.

Your eligible family members and guests will have access to the same benefits you have as the primary member.

A. That depends on the plan you select based upon your needs. We have membership coverage plans that range from $10 for our 30 day plan to $365 for our Care Plus 365 plan. A. No. PopupCare memberships only provide limited benefits and are not considered a Minimal Essential Coverage plan. PopupCare memberships are not required to comply with federal market requirements for Health Coverage.

A. Depending upon the plan you sign up for, you are eligible for free Rx Credits during your annual membership period. An Rx Credit can be applied to any of the medications you have been prescribed that are on our Member Rx Featured Drug List. We have over 300 drugs on our list. When your physician or care provider prescribes a medication that is electronically submitted to a retail pharmacy participating in our network, the pharmacy will electronically submit your prescription order to PopupCare. If your medication is covered under our Member Rx Featured Drug List, your prescription will be approved immediately for processing and without any cost.

FAQs: On Demand Care Program



A. With your PopupCare Membership you have access to a number of free virtual care visits with a doctor from the convenience of your mobile phone 24/7/365. Our board-certified, licensed doctors can consult with you to help treat any non-emergency medical condition. Our doctors can diagnose your symptoms, prescribe medications, and send prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy. To learn more about our membership programs, tap here

A. No. PopupCare is designed to handle only acute, non-emergency medical issues. You should not use PopupCare if you are experiencing a medical emergency. While PopupCare is not intended to replace your primary care doctor for common or chronic conditions, a virtual doctor’s appointment can sometimes substitute a doctor’s office, urgent care, or an emergency room visit. For a listing of conditions treated under the On-Demand Care Program tap on the Condition Checker slide-out tool on the left-hand side.

A. Yes. Depending upon the membership plan you select, members are eligible for $0 virtual consults with our board-certified dermatologists. Most membership plans also include live on-line therapy/counseling sessions with licensed mental health care professionals.

Our members also have unlimited access to our team of professional Pharmacists who are there to support you and your physician’s treatment plan, including any medications prescribed to you. To learn more tap here

A. PopupCare is available anywhere in the United States. You will have access to our network of board-certified providers based on the state you are located. When scheduling a visit, you will only be scheduled with a care provider who is fully licensed to provide care in your state.
